Caption For Artwork (Description About Artwork): Vrinda, wife of Demon King and Rebel, Jalandar and a great devotee of Lord Vishnu, wanted to perform the ritual of immortality for her husband as he was preparing for battle against Almighty Shiva. Vishnu, however, for sake of humanity and prosperity, shape shifted as Jalandar and took part in the ritual. Upon knowing the truth, she curse Vishnu out of spite of experiencing consort lessness. Upon realising her deeds, she wept as she cursed her lord but his holiness accepted his devotee's feeling.
